Network Support Engineer – Cisco Contact Centre – UCCE / UCCX
London
£35,000.00 - £55,000.00 Basic + Quarterly Awards + Bonus + Healthcare + Gym

Our client, a Cisco Gold Partner, based in London, require a network support engineer to manage and deliver exceptionally high levels of support to their mid-level and enterprise level client base. Your exceptional service support experience will have been gained supporting Cisco Contact Centre technology, particularly across CUCM, UCCE, UCCX.

Experience Required:

  • It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of contact center technologies, specifically Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) or Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX)
  • You will have experience of writing call routing scripts, along with analysis experience and some exposure to reporting using Cisco Unified Intelligence Centre (CUIC).
  • You must be an excellent communicator with an exceptional level of interpersonal skills to interact with corporate clients.
  • A desire to learn and progress your technical knowledge and skill in line with our client’s chosen technologies and support of these solutions is key
  • Experience across:
    • CVP - Customer Voice Portal
    • UCCE - Unified Contact Centre Enterprise / Unified CCE
    • ICM - Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise
    • IPCC = IP Contact Centre

Must Have Experience:

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) / Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) / Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) troubleshooting (advanced level ideally)
  • Experience of agent desktop environment (CAD / Finesse)
  • Advanced Gateway/CUBE Troubleshooting (MGCP, H323, SIP)
  • Analysis of logs
  • Analysis of Wireshark captures
  • Current support experience – particularly from another Cisco reseller or managed service provider
  • Escalating incidents to 3rd Parties and Cisco TAC if required

Package:
Basic - £35,000.00 to £55,000.00
