Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Principal Systems Engineer to lead the transformation of their critical network systems infrastructure. Are you up to the challenge?
Join a premier technology team and take charge of developing and optimizing highly available, business-critical Linux and Unix servers and applications. With your expertise in VMWare, Azure, Solarwinds, the Redhat ecosystem, and Ansible, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing complex systems environments.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and maintain robust Linux and Unix environments, leveraging your deep expertise in VMWare and Azure.
• Manage Solarwinds and the Redhat ecosystem to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Design and secure VPN connections across different systems and cloud networks.
• Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot databases including MS-SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Lead compliance with industry standards such as TSA, NIST, and ISO, ensuring best practices in system updates, patching, and security configurations.

About You:

• You have over 15 years of IT experience, with significant expertise in network systems within Linux and Unix environments.
• RHEL Certifications RHCSA OR RHCE well received
• You possess senior-level skills in VMWare and Azure, coupled with a strong background in managing Solarwinds, Redhat, and Ansible.
• Your experience includes managing VPNs and securing cloud network communications effectively.
• You are proficient in database management with MS-SQL and PostgreSQL.
