Job Title: Senior Microsoft EUC Consultant (Intune, M365) - Insurance

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft EUC (End User Computing) Consultant with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and enterprise-level endpoint management. This role involves delivering modern, secure, and efficient Microsoft EUC solutions to support a large-scale user base of 4,000 users and 800 servers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring seamless and productive user experiences.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device lifecycle management, application deployment, and security compliance across a wide range of endpoints.
• Implement and manage FSLogix for profile management to ensure personalised and consistent user experiences across Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.
• Utilise Ivanti and AppSense for endpoint management, improving device security, compliance, and user personalisation.
• Ensure endpoint security compliance using CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) to enforce least-privilege access policies and improve security posture.
• Use ControlUP to monitor and optimise Microsoft environments, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.
• Collaborate on the integration of cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, to optimise scalability and flexibility in a hybrid or cloud-based environment.
• Maintain and upgrade cloud-based solutions to ensure they are secure, up to date, and performing optimally for all end users.
• Develop and enforce security policies and configurations to meet compliance standards, ensuring a secure endpoint environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
• Any experience of Citrix VDI will be well received

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, including device management, application deployment, and security compliance.
• Strong experience with FSLogix for user profile management in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Expertise in Ivanti and AppSense for endpoint management and security across a range of devices and operating systems.
• Experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) to secure endpoints and enforce least-privilege access.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and their integration with Microsoft EUC solutions.
• Proficiency in ControlUP for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation of Microsoft environments.
• Experience managing large-scale environments (4,000+ users and 800 servers), optimising performance and maintaining security.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and experience ensuring endpoint environments meet industry standards.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Certified, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert)
