Job role:

We are seeking an experienced - hands on - Senior Network Administrator with enterprise network exposure who is comfortable providing direct advice and support to a global IT organisation.

Primary duties include the ability to monitor, maintain, protect and troubleshoot issues to ensure the integrity and security of the company network - as well as - primary support of the global IP Telephony platform.

Required technical experience:

·Cisco Router (2900 series), Cisco Switch (2600, 3550, 3750, Nexus), Wireless LAN Controller (2400, 3500), Cisco Wireless Access Points
·IOS, Layer 2, Layer 3, Netflow, SNMP, LDAP, Radius, DHCP, QOS, EIGRP, OSPF, VLAN, Trunking, DNS, IPSEC
·Cisco Unified Call Manager (8.6 -> 11.5), Cisco Unity Connection (8.6 -> 11.5), Cisco Call Manager Express (3 -> 10), SIP, MGCP, Cisco Unified Boarder Element / Cube
·Cisco ACL

Required Skills:

·Extensive experience (10+ years)
·Certified Cisco certified professional to at least CCNP level
·Excellent knowledge of network design, connectivity, protocols, topology and security
·Excellent understanding of networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, ip telephony, security devices, wireless etc)
·Excellent understanding of Cisco IP Telephony, associated technologies and support and management tools
·Excellent understanding of Identity Management (Active Directory, ADFS, SSO, Federation)
·Experience working within mixed environments (on premise, co-location, cloud, PAAS)
·Experience working with IT and business leaders in a complex multi-national environment.
·Ability to effectively translate business and IT requirements into proposed infrastructure solutions. and to present and document them clearly.
·Experience of and a good understanding of IT Security process and procedures (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, etc.)
·Excellent experience managing and negotiating with networking partners and vendors

LOCATION/TRAVEL
Central London. Due to the nature of our work some travel to client sites is required. This can include international travel, a valid EU passport is required.
