IT Support - Microsoft

IT Support - Microsoft Engineer ( 3rd line) required by a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider who are hugely successful in providing Cloud and Data Centre Managed Service offerings backed up by holding tier 1 status with all the major vendors. The company has a great work ethic, providing you with a corporate but relaxed working environment.

Currently the team is made up of 5 x 3rd line technical specialists who have a very strong Microsoft technical background. Due to demand, they require an additional 3rd line Microsoft Technical Consultant to join the team.

You will bring your expert Microsoft knowledge to the company, provide technical expertise for all incidents, change requests and alerts, through to resolution and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to really mould this role and become the SME within the business.

Skills and experience:
• SCCM, Intune
• Exchange (AzureHybrid)
• SQL Administration and support
• Azure, AWS Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud experience (IaaS) Office365
• Windows Server, Clustering Services, Active Directory,
• Symantec EV, Lync,

Salary & Benefits
The role is paying £50 - £60k basic + £4,200 car allowance
Benefits include: 25 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Health Insurance.
