3rd Line Voice / UC Support Engineer (Cisco) required by a leading provider to the Financial Services sector for technology, business operations and advisory services. The company has a great work ethic, providing you with a corporate but relaxed working environment.
You will provide day to day support to the company's telephony infrastructure maximising service availability by ensuring all incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively within agreed timescales. You will also be responsible for project delivery for voice and unified communication technologies to ensure deliverables are in line with defined scope and deadlines.

Skills and experience:
• 3rd Line Voice / UC Support Engineer experience
• Cisco Callmanager (CUCM)
• UCCE OR UCCX
• Cisco UCM
• SIP and H323 protocols
• Video Conferencing experience
Salary & Benefits
The role is paying £50,000 - £55,000 basic plus benefits
